Our roots run back to custom home construction in the 1970s, and we continue that proud tradition today. We will work with your architect or provide complete design services in-house, which ever you prefer. Because we do only contract work on new homes we carry no inventory. We make each home a unique creation that reflects the dreams and aspirations of our customers.

R.E. Williams’ commercial construction portfolio includes a broad range of projects ranging from interior refinishing work in strip malls and office centers to major building and reconstruction projects including :
 
  • Helped to restore historical buildings in the popular West End of Downtown Dallas.
  • Multiple buildings at the Presbyterian Children's Home and Service Agency Campus in Itasca

One of our signature pieces in commercial construction is the Clock Tower Professional Building at Cooper and Main in Arlington, a project we designed and managed from the ground up. Photos of this building have been featured in local and regional publications numerous times. Its' location and tower have become a landmark for Downtown Arlington.
 
IN 2006 we completed the infrastructure and building of the Ederville Park Townhome Development, a 66 unit facility.
 
A 14,000-foot office building we designed and built for Copart, Inc., in Grand Prairie was so well received that it began a seven-year relationship with Copart in which R.E. Williams designed and built similar buildings throughout the United States.

As with everything else, construction evolves and we must evolve along with it. Our latest projects have had us working at the The Centerfield Office Complex located at the Ballpark in Arlington. Working with DFW Properties.Net, we completely gutted a 3,000 square foot space overlooking center field to create a new commercial realty office. The space was kept as open as possible using glass wall construction to help take advantage of the views and yet provide privacy for individual offices and meetings. Due to the appearance of the final project and the referral from DFW Properties, we were then asked to work with another company, Gordon Custom Products, within the same building to remodel their space for their specific needs. As a high end distributor of custom boots, their office was modified to create an atmosphere of country comfort, overlooking the ballfield below while viewing custom made Luchese boots and leather wear.

The appearance of an office or retail space and the atmosphere that it projects makes a statement to every customer who enters!
